Divine Growth: The Unconventional Kingdom

Our job is to surrender to God and allow Him to transform us. As we’re transformed, it is a testimony to the world of the goodness, grace, and love of God.

Key Takeaways:
God has promised to build His church, so we don’t have to fight.
The kingdom of God is divinely engineered to expand. We don’t have to worry, fighting fire with fire against the way of the world. We can rest in knowing that God’s purposes will be fulfilled.

God has called us to be conformed to the image of Christ: Our job is to surrender to God and allow Him to transform us. As we’re transformed, it is a testimony to the world of the goodness, grace, and love of God.

The church is to be gracious toward others and provide a place of belonging and flourishing. We should be a space where the birds can come take shelter from the storms of life and find that it’s a place they can call home and flourish. But if we have a bunch of thorns and thistles, they’re going to pass us by.
