Living Beyond Normalcy

When we live for self or others, we will be people God didn’t intend us to be. But when we live for God, we die to the expectations of others and come fully alive to God’s glorious plan for us.

Key Takeaways:

#1: Disregard the status quo.

Normal is overrated. God has wired us for Himself. Dare to live a life

that defies societal expectations and fully embraces God’s

extraordinary plan for you.

#2: Pursue the deeper life.

Make praise your default disposition, recognizing God’s goodness

and grace in every circumstance to propel yourself to deeper awe

and wonder of God.

#3: Unashamedly share God with others.

Spread the good news of the gospel without fear. Engage in open

and genuine conversations that speak to the questions people are

already asking.

Bible Reading Plan

Reflection Questions:

1. What is keeping me from pursuing God wholeheartedly?

Am I being influenced by societal norms?

2. How can I cultivate a habit of praising God in every

circumstance, and what impact might this have on my

spiritual life?

3. Who can I talk to about God this week? What will I say?
